Wake to the sound of waves and birdsong, then start your day with coffee on the porch—or from the warmth of the hot tub overlooking the water. Spend your evenings gathered around the outdoor fire pit, watching the sun dip below the horizon and the stars slowly fill the sky.

Set on a private lot at Cream City Point, you’ll enjoy wide-open views of passing freighters in the distance and plenty of opportunities for wildlife sightings. You might even spot one of the local otters—relatives of “Buddy,” the home’s well-known visitor who famously loved to stop by, hop onto the deck, and peek inside to say hello.

Peaceful, unique, and full of character, this is the kind of place where lasting Up North memories are made.

Jeeps, Side by Sides and ATVs are welcome, however you must trailer SxSs and ATVs to the trailheads since they are not permitted on M134/Channel Road.
