First floor living area includes a fully-stocked Kitchen, dining room, and living room with 2 swivel chairs and a sections. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and an adjoining room with a queen-sized sleeper couch, smart-TV, and desk. Additionally there is an outdoor terrace with turf-grass adjoining one of the bedrooms.
Guests have full and private access to entire upper floors, and upper levels of the deck. Host lives on site with access to the lower deck areas and a shared front gate.
