Terrific stay on the beach in Panama City!

This condo is awesome! Beautiful view from a large, well furnished balcony. The furnishings throughout the unit were wonderful. The unit is quite spacious. The extra amenities (2 beach chairs with umbrella, bottom floor storage for beach gear, and garage parking (for one vehicle) made for an even more pleasant stay for our family. Also the management team of this condo were very nice and helpful. Stay here and I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

The perfect spot for our beach vacation!

What a wonderful two weeks we had at this condo. We enjoyed every minute. The condo is exactly as described-large, comfortable beds with new bed linens and towels, nicely furnished and a fully stocked kitchen. We have stayed at Sterling Beach several times, and this condo is our favorite-we will definitely return. The Thomas Drive location is perfect. The owner was extremely accommodating, helpful, and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. It was a perfect two week vacation for my husband, daughter and two of our grandchildren.

Great Condo!!

The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. The beds and the TVs were all nice. Having a parking place under cover and the beach storage areas are very nice extras. We really liked the location. It was very quiet. The pool area was beautiful! The owner was extremely nice and great to work with. Would love to stay there again.

Best Condo to date!

Phenomenal property, better than we expected. Super clean and direct communication with owner was so nice. We had a private parking spot in the garage and storage for all your beach toys. We have been to PCB 5 other times and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The only thing you should know is that it said it sleeps 8 and I would say it sleeps 6 comfortably. We had 7 people, 6 in rooms and one on the couch. The couch is not a sleeper sofa and although it was fine for my 13 year old, the little pieces move super easy and it would separate through the night. It would not be good if you had another couple. Other than that tiny thing we had no issues. The facility was quiet, clean, and they always did checks and that made us feel very safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful beach stay

My mom, my two daughters and I traveled here for spring break. The condo was absolutely wonderful, very spacious for the kids. The beds and bedding was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed to cook! We love the location away from the craziness and this place has an outstanding pool for young and old kids, adults too! We will definitely be back!

Great View!

Renting property was an easy process. This is one of the largest condos I have rented. Plenty of space and the view is amazing. Balcony is huge with plenty of seating. Not many units in building made parking easy. Would definitely rent again.

Great condo!

Great condo in a low density area made for a perfect beach vacation. Sterling Beach Resort is very well maintained and clean!!! The condo is large and clean with plenty of seating to accommodate six people with room left over. The kitchen is spacious with everything needed for everyday use from breakfast to preparing an entire dinner. Perks of this condo include covered parking for one vehicle as well as parking for a second vehicle and storage on the main level for any beach chairs, etc. that you bring. The owners are easy to work with and give you plenty of information on the area and dining out, and they are fast to respond to any question you might have. Definitely a 5 star condo!

Second to none

This condo had comfortable beds, couches and tables that most of the other condos don't. Nicely decorated. This will be my first choice when planning another trip to PCB. Communication was great and we didn't have any issues.

Best Stay to Date - Highly Recommend

We have been renting for years through VRBO and this was by far our best experience. The condo was very clean and just as pictured. Even the sheets and pillows were not your bargain hunters special. The balcony was so spacious including a rocking chair which was my 75 year old dad’s favorite spot. The owners were so accommodating and checked on us before and after our stay. The complex was smaller when compared to other “high rises” so we did not have to fight for a spot on the beach. No tents are allowed in front of the beach service. And there were always chairs available at the pool for relaxing if you prefer no sand and some shade from the palm trees. My teenagers made lots of new friends at the complex as well. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

FAVORITE ONCE AGAIN!

This was our second visit in two years to this condo and it was just as awesome as the first! Love everything about the unit. Our children and grandchildren were with us this time and they loved it too. Even though this was a holiday week, the resort was only crowded the first day. Rob is a pleasure to work with and checked on us during our stay. Thanks to a Rob and his family for sharing their beautiful vacation home with us again! We will definitely be back!

OUR FAVORITE CONDO IN PC BEACH!

If we could give this condo a 10 star rating, we would! This was by far the best stay we've had at the beach. We've been going to Sterling Beach since the year it opened and have always loved the property, but this condo has been the best. We've stayed in various other condos here, but we now have a favorite! The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious and extremely clean. The king bed was comfortable too, and that's something you don't always find. The owner was really gracious to work with and checked on us during our visit. They went out of their way to think of all the little things throughout the condo to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The 4th floor location close to the elevators was a huge convenience. The beach chairs and covered parking space were the icings on the cake - loved them both! We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week at the beach alone this time, but will definitely be bringing our grandchildren with us the next time, and reserving Goin Coastal again! This condo deserves the highest praise possible! Thank you Burts family for the use of your vacation home! We will return next year!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in while in Panama City. Very spacious and an over abundance of everything you need. Towels, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. No need to run the dishwasher ever time you eat because you will never run low on anything. The view was amazing also from the very large balcony. Plenty of room for 8. GREAT condo! Clean, large, easy beach access!! LARGE patio space with plenty of seating!

We rented this condo for the Labor Day weekend, and found it uncrowded, REALLY nice and well stocked, easy access to beach and pool, LARGE, and very comfortable beds! Plenty of room for the 6 of us, and probably then some! We had a GREAT weekend swimming, beaching, eating, playing with every type of ball imaginable on the beach, and relaxing! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo for your next getaway!

Why they chose this property

Panama City Beach has been my families preferred vacation destination for decades and we continue to travel there year after year. It is hard to find a place that offers as much as Sterling Beach. Location is key, being that Sterling Beach is located on the more quiet end of Thomas Drive on the east end of the beach. It is easy to go to the store (Publix and Walmart) or out to dinner without the bottleneck of traffic. Many resorts have the huge complexes with hundeds of units and walkovers bridges to the garage. Not Sterling Beach, here you will find everything is convenient so your stay will be enjoyable. Even the dedicated first floor parking space is an added bonus for your convenience. Avoid the traffic of 30-A and near Pier Park and come to Sterling Beach!
