Super close to the Smoky Mountains, Downtown Knoxville, UT, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg

This tiny home (#111) sits on the riverbank with AMAZING VIEWS. It features one bedroom and a comfy couch. One bath with a stand up shower. Washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven (no dishwasher). Electric fireplace. Central heat/air. Blender. Toaster. Coffee maker. Linens and towels.

Super close to the Historic Railway, The Smoky Mountains, Downtown, UT Stadium, hiking trails, breweries and more!

Guests will be able to utilize the fenced in area where the tiny houses and barn are.

Kayak & Tubes available. Swim and fish off the bank. Swim at your own risk.

Have your birthday party, football party and/or bachelor/bachelorette party here! We have another tiny home that sleeps up to 5. Book them both for large groups.
