Great location away from the Hype

This was a darling one Bedroom condo with 1 bath a full kitchen. Looked like it had been completely remodeled in the last few years. Except for the patio door which the lock was broke on and it had no rail pole for protection so our door was open to the public the whole time we were there. When we got there, there was no toilet paper or extra rolls so we had to go out first thing, then the light in the Bathroom blew out and I just left that as there were no extra light bulbs. Then we couldnt get the TV to work so I called Spectrum which was the service used and asked tech support to walk me thru the remote, he came to the conclusion that the remote was malfunctioning. He couldnt get the tv on either. so he told us to get on our hands and knees and control it from the cable box. My 75 yr old husband who has had both knees replaced and two major back surgeries did just that. He wasnt real happy tho. And the kicker.....The refrigerator went out and we had no refrigerator. we walked by the office 10 times as it was where our car was parked, no one was there the whole week. We could could get the Mgtmt Co on the phone but on Wednesday we saw a Maintenance man on property and he came by and stayed an hour working on it but couldnt fix it He said he would report it to Mgr right away and they would either call a repair service or have it replaced Today. When we left we still had no refrigerator and all the sandwich and convience foods I bought ruined. We wont be back to that unit..
