About this property

Beautiful Ormond Beach Condo... ON THE BEACH!

Feel right at home in this updated 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo. It's coastal decor exudes ocean life at it's best! Downstairs has the kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and living room with a balcony that overlooks the crystal clear pool and endless waves of the ocean. Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom has a king bed with new mattress and lots of closet storage space. The master bath has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed and a guest bath with a walk in shower. All bedrooms and living room have TV's... WiFi also provided. Plantation shutters in all the rooms but you'll want to leave them open for the beautiful ocean view! This condo is on the beach so there is no road to cross over!! Stay for Motorcycle week, Race week, or just a fun getaway. Omond is such a great little seaside town, you're sure to love it! Publix grocery store is less than a mile away and lots of great places to eat! St. Augustine to the north is one of my favorite places to visit.

I lived in Ormond Beach for 25 years and moved to North Carolina about 20 years ago. My two sons still live in Ormond. I love to come down to Ormond and stay at the beach every chance I get with my two Corgi dogs, Bear and Annie. My husband farms corn, wheat, and soy beans and I have a horse farm (Applewood Farms) where I teach riding lessons and take kids to horseshows!

Why they chose this property

The Holiday Club is a small condo complex and is right on the beach, you don’t have to cross the road to go down to the beach. The grounds of the condo are well maintained and everyone is very friendly. Publix grocery store is less than a mile away and there are so many nice restaurants in the area.

What makes this property unique

I love my condo because it is well furnished and decorated and I try to keep really good amenities for my guest. I love the fact that both bedrooms have their own bathroom! You don’t have to go through a lobby to get to your unit and that is one of the things that I like about it so much! It’s a small complex so it’s not very crowded. I also like the fact that it’s a no drive beach for families to enjoy😊
