This peaceful, cozy, fully furnished and equipped beachfront home is situated in a secure, gated community. It's ready for you and your family to enjoy. 2 bed & 2 bath this is a spacious home to lounge, cook, toast, relax and reboot in. It is bliss.
Located midway between Santa Cruz and Monterey, it's an easy drive from most San Francisco Bay area locations. Get away from it all for a weekend or week-long vacation. With a variety of activities: beach walks, hikes in the protected dunes above the beach with amazing views, pickle ball and tennis courts, swimming and surfing in the ocean -- or the choice to do nothing at all! And it's right on the beach!

This is a blissed out space, ready for full relax, recharge, a little celebration, perfect sunset happy hours and bonfire nights. It really is magical.
The unit has just been extensively remodeled with new bathrooms & kitchen & fresh paint. New living room & flooring.

The condo was very clean and ready for our use. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Very few items in the kitchen - had to search for salt and pepper but found it. No room for our groceries but made it work. Internet address and password were incorrect. Finally got correct log in information the next day from the office. Took two days to figure out TV too but finally got it. Too many remotes without any instructions. Ease to beach was great.

Place was very nice, you can just walk over the dunes to reach the beach. Very spacious and not crowded. Beach was clean as well. Definitely vacationing here with the kids again. Very kid friendly.

Great Beach Front Property

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and small view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach and had a foot wash station right before entering the property. Weather was amazing and can’t wait to come back.

The place was very nice and clean. Also a great location steps from the beach. The master bed was very comfortable but the twin beds were not. Both adults complained that they were uncomfortable and they slept terribly. The listing also stated there was a fitness center. We erroneously interpreted that to be a gym with equipment to work out on. That is not what it was.

My father was born in Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York. My family & I have always loved the ocean & love being near it. We have been enjoying Pajaro Dunes for more than 30 years & have been owners since 1992. Myself and my wife Carla are taking over the condo. We live in California and have a daughter in college. I am a Psychologist and Head of Schools, but most importantly a Master Gardener. Carla is a yoga teacher and owner of 3 yoga studios in Northern California, Metta Yoga Studios. We enjoy using our condo and also renting it out to others when we are not able to use it.

We love the peace & quiet of Pajaro Dunes. We love walking on the beach & around the property. We love going to Watsonville for dinners and Sana Cruz. We bonfire, toast and sunbathe on the beautful.
