The house is very comfortable, well furnished and a very convenient location if you need to be near Loveland. The host made every effort to ensure our comfort.
Loved this place and definitely renting again. It was a clean, functional and dog friendly home with plenty of parking space and a fenced in yard for the dogs. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. The host was great and had perfect communication. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much hope to have you stay again. So glad it worked out for you.
Quiet neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, convenient location! House had everything we needed and we appreciated all the dog friendly things provided. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor patio and table, and the fenced in yard corralled our dogs very well (even the escape artist). Would recommend and would stay again!
Great location. House is well equipped and clean on the inside. Are actually staying there again in a few weeks. Neighborhood is a little run down, but friendly. Great location to downtown Loveland and bike trail!

This was such a nice house. Everything you would need is there. The house was spotless and the furniture was very comfortable. Great place to stay and a wonderful host.
House was cute. Equipped with everything, including pet items. Large fenced back yard. Carport. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Wonderful communication with manager. In fact we got caught in a winter snow storm and she sent someone to dig us out. Unexpected but very appreciated.LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!

Thanks so much for the great review! Have a happy holiday season.
This was my second stay in this property and I would book again. Kathleen was very responsive when I enquired about salt for the driveway, as my stay coincided with the biggest snow storm the Cincinnati area had seen in 15 years. She was very accomodating when I faced unexpected changes in my arrival and departure plans.

Thank you! I hope the rest of your trip was easier than all the snow you faced! Hopefully we will host you again.
Very cozy little house. Dog friendly (best place I've seen so far in terms of welcoming dogs - protection blankets, food bowls...)Stayed during unprecedented snow storm for Cincinnati area - host went out of her way to ensure that I had what I needed to clear driveway. She was flexible with departure and arrival times which were impacted by weather.Would definitely return!

Thanks so much glad you made it home safely. That was a tough weather weekend
We had an amazing weekend biking the Little Miami Bike Trail! Loveland was the perfect home base—charming, vibrant, and full of great restaurants and spots to relax with a drink after a long ride. The property’s location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk or ride to both downtown and the trail. If you enjoy biking paved trails, this is an ideal spot. We covered over 120 miles in two days and also explored some of the local attractions in the area. The house was perfect for us and our two small dogs—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made the stay even better. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

Thank you for the wonderful review I’m so glad you enjoyed the area. Hope to have you as a guest in the future!
This property was perfect for a weekend stay with our dog. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated in a good neighborhood. We have stayed at many VRBO rentals and I can't think of one that was better prepared for guests... From the written instructions on where to find things and how to operate; to the kitchen utensils and toiletries; down to extra towels and poop bags for the dog... This owner thought of everything. We travel to Loveland often to visit relatives. This is our first time taking the dog. We will definitely book here again
Hi we are currently based In Michigan, but I originally grew up in Ohio. Which makes for a divided house when there is U of M, Ohio State game. We enjoy hosting and knowing that people can utilize our home for their family. We are pet lovers and have one dog named Benny.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet neighborhood with established neighbors. It also has a great area for hanging out in the back yard. We choose the area because of the proximity to downtown Loveland and the bike trails and kayaking. Also, it is close to Kings Island and not too far from downtown Cincinnati for sports games and night life.
What makes this property unique
The home has been completely remodeled and is open concept between the dining and living room making it a nice area to hang out in.
