The townhouse was relatively clean and spacious. Kitchen is adequately equipped, but just barely. Main issue was the dishwasher did not work. We messaged the owner multiple times but no resolution. It was the week of Christmas, so we sort of understood, but did put a small damper on our visit.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you found the townhouse clean and spacious, and that the kitchen met your needs. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the dishwasher and for not being able to resolve it promptly during the busy holiday week. We understand how this impacted your stay and regret the frustration it caused. Please know that the issue has since been addressed so future guests can enjoy a smoother experience. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for an even better visit.
Had friends and family stay near our daughters. House was clean and neat, and decorated with a tree and lights. TONS of room, big bedrooms with comfortable beds. House is in quite area but close to lots of shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice Home But An Disappointing Experience
There are a couple of things that was disturbing during our stay and needed attention.
1. While entering home we had to clean and also under the couch which was filthy from previous guest.
2. Trash left in garbage bin closed in garage was stinking bad. And left by previous guest.
3 There were bugs in the freezer drawer. Also while cooking thanksgiving dinner by and on the stove the roaches came crawling out.
4. There were bugs In the kitchen over table lights and cabinets.
5. Limited internet connection.
6. The Master bedroom toilet RAN LOUD
the entire stay.
The townhome was very clean. It’s in a good location. Quiet neighborhood. Completely out of the action which we liked. The host responded fairly quickly throughout our stay except for when it was mentioned about a credit for the stove and oven not working. Stove and oven did not work. Host was very apologetic about it, but we bought food that we were not able to actually cook. Found out that the neighbors didn’t have gas either. Still haven’t heard whether or not a credit will be given. There are also no ceiling fans in any of the rooms. So there were times when the air conditioning just wasn’t enough. It’s almost summer time, at least a box fan in each room would be nice. The washing machine was nice, but it’s missing a leg or something because it bangs around during each cycle. I would give the stay a 3 out 5.

I’m sorry this happened but unfortunately it’s out of my hands that they were fixing the gas , all of my neighbors around didn’t have gas either . And the air conditioning is working property it’s only 2 years old . You should let me know and I will send someone to talk a look , I haven’t had any issues before .
