Very desirable stilt vacation rental in a wonderfully friendly and quiet neighborhood. Old Saint James City has a convenience store, post office and restaurants with live entertainment where golf carts are allowed on the public roads to access them. Enjoy Pine Island with its many boutiques, art galleries and great local dining. Saint James City is "The Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World" so make sure to rent a boat or take your own. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is perfect location to get away after a long day of fishing and sight seeing in SWFL.
