Seaside Villa Destin - Single home with privat pool in the heart of Pine island

Our Seaside Villa Destin is idyllically located on Pine Island, which is situated in front of Cape Coral. Especially for boat lovers the villa is the perfect vacation domicile.

The way to the Gulf of Mexico is really not far and you can explore many beautiful islands around Pine Island and Cape Coral by boat. The boat dock may be used with pleasure. If you are interested in renting a boat, please contact us.
On the fully air-conditioned living area you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living and dining room area and a kitchen.

All bedrooms as well as the living and dining area are equipped with TV sets.

The living area is equipped with a two-seater sofa and an armchair, a DVD player, a stereo system and a docking station for an iPhone.

In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has a two single beds.

In the kitchen you will find over a microwave, a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and much more!

The pool area, thanks to fly screens running all around, is mosquito-free and offers you relaxation in any season. The terrace has a north orientation. The pool with adjoining hot tube (no jets) is electrically heated.

The two dining areas with a total of 8 chairs are ideal for a sunset dinner. Deck chairs for relaxing and sunbathing as well as a large gas grill leave nothing to be desired.

Thanks to the many recreational equipment such as three kayaks, a table tennis table, a table soccer, two bicycles, a cross trainer, a basketball hoop and a dart board, there are almost no limits to what you can do in the villa.

Also for the little ones is taken care of. A baby crib (pack & play) and a high chair are also available for use.

In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room of the villa. Free wifi is of course also available.

Perfect location

Beautiful house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Great location for fishing and getting outside. The host was great and always available if something should arise. We always tend to stay away from the crowds and traffic when we stay in Florida and this place was perfect.

The house was perfect. Ample kitchen supplies. The grill wasn’t rusted (a problem I find at many rentals) the pool was heated and sublime. Included bikes for puttering around (there is a bike lane separate from the road on the main north/south road on the island that makes these super useful)The outdoor sitting area with the TV was used daily. We only had one issue with the house as one of the door handles busted. And after one text with the host it was fixed the next day. Overall a 10 out of 10!

Everything was nice inside the home and well kept. Many supplies were already there for us to use. We rented this unit because it had kayaks unfortunately there was no where to put kayaks in on this property. We were lucky enough to be able to use the neighbors dock to get in. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Moving trip

We came down to move my mother back to the island after she lost everything to Ian. The stay was great, and, as with some trips, there were some hiccups which the property manager, Florian, handled with little to no inconvenience to us. We were very appreciative of all the efforts made to accommodate us as we extended our stay several extra days! Highly recommend this company and this property

Nice neighborhood. Furniture needs updating and a few things need maintenance. Pool/spa is hard to figure out how to run. St. James City is a great area and has nice restaurants!

This is a PERFECT PLACE for my family

First off. It’s amazing. Pool. Dock on a canal. Sharks and manatees!!!! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make an amazing meal. Game room and plenty of space to just hang out. On a dead end road so traffic is minimal!!! Will definitely be going back.

Sea Side Villa Destin

Lovely home, clean and accurately described and photographed. The property manager was easy to contact and helpful with any questions regarding the home. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the market, the only recommendation I would have is to replace the cage. It becomes difficult to enjoy the pool at dusk and evening with the bugs biting. Enjoyed my time there, and would come back again.

Amazing stay, location and property

Beautiful location and property. Very clean which is important to us (hats off to their cleaning staff:). Will definitely look at staying at this location again!! The location is just perfect: very private and quiet with gorgeous surroundings. The home had everything we required during our vacation; and thrilled to find even a ping-pong table on-site! More than that, we really liked the property management team and hope to work with them again should this property not be available next time. Florian the property manager could not have been more helpful which we so appreciated, and made the trip more enjoyable knowing we were working with a company that cared about their guests’ stay (which past experiences have taught us is not always the case, unfortunately). 5-star service all around!!

Loved our stay here

The property is immaculate and as nice as the pictures; also the location is on a quiet street. Seaside rep Florius (sp?) welcomed us, demonstrated controls for the hot tub and showed us where bikes, kayaks, games were located. Our second day we decided to ride the bikes but discovered they had unseen water damage from the hurricane. We reported it to Florius and told him we did not need the bikes. We were impressed when early the next morning he had replacement bikes delivered anyway. We've rented many houses and this one is well cared for and so were we!

Family Vacation

St James is quiet, perfect for fishing, and feels off the beaten path a bit. We weren’t sure what to expect after the hurricane, and were so pleased with our stay. If you don’t mind the drive to Cape Coral or the nearby beaches, this home is perfect for lazy pool and boating days. I would suggest outlet covers for families. With the house supporting infants and young children, those would’ve been a great add. My only complaint is that the knives for the kitchen were all covered in rust. Not a single knife was clean from it. Also more toilet paper and paper towels would be nice for guests staying for a week or close to. They were generic brands so very thin, and with our family of four using the supplies MODESTLY, we still ran out mid-week. Other than that, this house and location was lovely.

Loved the neighborhood and loved the pool... This is a cute house on the water with a very quiet area... although you have to drive aways to go to beaches the pool made up for it... Great restaurants and fresh fruit markets right down the road
