Turn off all lights & A/C. Please put all trash in the kitchen garbage bin, and ensure the front door is completely closed and securely locked before finally leaving the property.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A late checkout is $75, extending your checkout to 3 PM. A checkout beyond 3 PM will result in an additional night, if available.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. No parties or events allowed. $1,000+ fine 2. No smoking allowed. $350+ fine 3. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
4. Please take care of the furnishings. 5. Please do NOT put food, grease, or anything foreign in the garbage disposal - damages will be reported
