Sands 4 Unit #2-A Oceanfront. 2nd floor, Located across from Carolina Beach Lake and near the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Family Oriented Beach Resort. The Boardwalk offers entertainment, shopping and variety of dining options for the entire family. Enjoy a Sunday night outdoor movie at the Lake! This Unit is furnished with love and offers all the comforts of home having a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and all the accessories. Washer and Dryer, 2 Smart TVs with DVD player, cable and Wifi. Downstairs storage equipped with beach toys and chairs! Parking for 2 Vehicles. Pool is a 3 feet deep small spa pool (Open mid May - Mid September), dates are determined by the HOA.

Linens (Sheets and Towels) are included.

****Parking***** Parking is unassigned for 2 vehicles (No OverSized Vehicles) (ask Reservationists for details) No Boats, Trailers, Campers etc. Allowed. There are bays under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Everyone is required to display a pass with their contact information and the unit they are staying in, in the instance this happens so you are able to communicate. Golf Carts are permitted, electric and gas (HOA does not permit carts to be plugged in onsite). Golf cart considered a vehicle and must have a parking pass displayed in the drivers side window. If guest parks a golf cart, this will use 1 or the 2 spaces for parking.

Loved the Beach Getaway

This location was perfect for our short beach getaway! We were right on the water and could easily access the beach. We were close to the boardwalk, food and shops and were able to see all of the things we wanted in the few days we were there. The condo was great and we were happy with our experience.

The location was perfect. The view amazing! The company should invest in a door keypad. A physical key is very annoying. Also, it’s unreasonable to arrive to the unit to find you have to make the beds and put out your towels and toilet paper. You also have to strip the beds on departure. Finally, there needs to be emphasis that any vehicle larger than a small suv will have great difficulty parking in the structure. We had a Honda passport and barely fit.
