The main floor features a queen bedroom and a full bath, while upstairs you'll find a king bedroom and another bedroom with a queen and full bed. A convenient powder room on the main level adds to your comfort.

Experience the best of both worlds as you relax in the comfort of our inviting space, complete with all the amenities (including a koi pond). Stroll through the friendly streets of Athens, exploring local shops and restaurants, or take a leisurely walk to Sanford Stadium for the best football in the nation. Beautiful, spacious house with an unbeatable location that is a short walk from Downtown. The house was immaculately stocked with everything you could ever want, including an incredibly thoughtful welcome basket with wine and local favorites. Highly recommend!

AMAZING HOUSE AND LOCATION

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. This house is spacious and stocked with every possible thing you could need. It was perfect for our 2025 graduation trip. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful, above and beyond. We arrived to a fabulous welcome basket, which was enjoyed by all. LOVED this house! Hope to stay again in the very near future. Why they chose this property

We see deer, owls, and sometimes foxes, but are less than a mile from downtown, campus, and Sanford Stadium. A friend once told me
we live on the best block in Athens, and I can’t disagree!

What makes this property unique

Built in 1910, close to downtown but the property extends back the whole block—one of only 2 properties that boast that feature. Makes for a tranquil getaway just steps from all the action.
