What a beautiful and perfectly clean home! The porch was just a dream. I never wanted to go anywhere in spite of the busy mom’s weekend!! I would note that there is not a bathroom on the second floor. It did not deter from the wonderful house at all- I just somehow missed that in the description and we were two moms sharing the house. There is definitely just one main/primary bedroom with a private bath and then three more rooms that share one bathroom. It is a beautiful, top- of- the- line equipped home! We will stay again next year for sure!!! And the location was perfect. Beautiful and safe neighborhood.

Just finished a great stay in Athens. This is a beautiful vrbo in the heart of 5 points. On a quiet street with lovely homes. This quaint cottage was very well appointed and decorated beautifully. The owners were very attentive and left great recommendations of places to go for dinner and where to buy provisions. I wouid recommend this to anyone needing a vrbo in Athens.

The Five Points Cottage was a true gem. Absolutely stunning property. Perfect location for our group to be able to enjoy everything we love about Athens! The screened in back porch was our favorite spot of the weekend, but the property had everything we could have wished for… comfortable beds, a chef’s kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, and access to the best of Five Points. Host was a great communicator and made the process so easy! Can’t wait to return!

This house was absolutely amazing. 7 older adults visiting from Wisconsin for UGA DVM graduationI have never seen a house so well accommodated. My husband wished he had something he could have prepared on this Wolf range! So many things we didn't use or need (Keurig, Vitamix, )The screened in porch served us very well. So peaceful with birds and chipmunks. Appreciated the Birds of Georgia book, so we could identify the Cat Bird.Appreciated the vast amount of dishes, stemware, and leftover paper products. High end (IMO) shower supplies...even found Parmesean cheese for our Take N Bake pizza. Plethora of throw blankets when the weather was a bit cooler than we anticipated. We would not have changed a thing other than we'd love a little history of the house and remodel. Very cute! High end decor.Comfy beds and pillows. As someone else said, no bathroom on the top floor with 2 bedrooms, though wasn't an issue for us. Some may also be bothered by no shades/curtains on the top floor skylight windows, but we're early risers, so it didn't bother us.

Excellence in Athens

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay while celebrating our 2025 graduate. The home is unbelievable. We especially loved the outdoor living space. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy each other‘s company or get away for a moment. This home is worth every penny.

This cottage is in a perfect location for getting to know Leamington. You can go for walks along the boardwalk along the lake. A bandstand shell is just steps away for those time performances are being held there. The beds are so comfortable and the hot tub was perfect for these old bones! Nice and relaxing expect for the ongoing construction. It should be completed soon though.

Great visit to Athens. Perfect 5 Points spot

Impressive home with ample space for the whole family. The location can’t be beat and is within walking distance to 5 Points. The back porch is the crown jewel of this home and offers so much room for eating, lounging, watching TV, etc.

Fantastic house to rent

The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. Our favorite place to hang out was in the screened in porch which was very spacious and had both heat and fans depending on what the weather is doing. Everything was very comfortable, the bar/coffe/tea station was an awesome plus. Host is very friendly and helpful with a lot of local recommendations! A group of us stayed for a UGA game, the house is about a 1.5 mile walk to the stadium but we were easily able to get an Uber to the stadium within 10 minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO while in town for a concert at Sanford Stadium! The home is absolutely beautiful, located in a great neighborhood, and perfectly blends a modern style with a charming Southern living touch. One of our favorite features was the spacious screened-in patio—it was the perfect spot for our family to relax, sit around, and catch up together.Everything about the stay was comfortable and inviting.
