Located 2 minutes from MSU College Campus it is the perfect location. Also close to many food options. High speed internet & netflix will make you feel right at home. First time in Mankato and definitely would stay here again. The property is very close to Minnesota State, roughly 1/2 mile to the public (free) parking lot and less than 3 miles to downtown. Jenna was easy to work with and we found no issues with the property! It was exactly as described: immaculate, good rooms and heating, quiet neighborhood. The driveway and garage were wide enough to easily fit most, if not all, vehicles. Check-in and check-out were super easy.

The residence was exactly as pictured on line. Jenna was responsive to our questions and was very accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was the perfect location to attend activities in New Ulm and Sleepy Eye. Beds were very comfy! Bedrooms are on the upper level of the home so would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything you need for a few nights was provided. Clean and tidy. Plenty of space for a small family. My only suggestion is to bring cups for your littles if you have them as the ones provided are all glass.

Quiet, safe, neighborhood stay.

This almost brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home was a great choice for our stay. The two car garage came in handy for storing our bicycles when we weren’t riding them on the trails. We would definitely book this property for future stays in Mankato.
