Located in the desirable West Mankato neighborhood, or known as "best Mankato", this home offers a quiet, residential setting while being just minutes away from local attractions like Sibley Park, Mount Kato Ski Area, Red Jacket trail a wonderful hiking spot, and historic downtown Mankato. Easy access to local restaurants, shops, and outdoor trails makes it the perfect home to travel to.
Guests will have exclusive access to the upstairs space of the property during their stay. Please note that this is a multi-unit property. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of other guests. You will have your own private entrance, and all areas upstairs, including the bedrooms, living space, and bathroom, are for your exclusive use. Please do not access any areas downstairs or beyond the designated guest areas.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all windows and lock them. Make sure lights are all turned off, as well as shutting off any running water.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties/unauthorized guests allowed. $250/per party and $125/per guest/per night. Includes guest not listed on reservation despite max. guests.
$250 fee minimum will be applied per pet per night or if any pet hair or residue is found, not including cleaning costs. Follow parking instructions.
If additional cleaning is required and/or check-out instructions are not followed: $100 min. fee. Don’t drive around back of the home. No smoking.

Stopped in for a long weekend with my wife to visit some of the local wineries and enjoyed some great food and drinks in town as well. The place was well decorated, had all the needed amenities, and was surprisingly spacious. Communication with the owner was great with quick responses to any questions.
