This charming home is now available for rentals once again! Located on the bus route and nestled in a quiet wooded area, this beautiful three level duplex residence has a flowing floor plan bringing the living, kitchen and dining rooms together on the main level. This property features a perfect blend of privacy and views. The home is located just 6 miles from Vail and 17 miles from Beaver Creek; accessing the slopes no matter the season is very convenient with the free in town bus stop approximately 300 yards away and runs every 20 minutes in high season.



In-residence, the main level has a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 5, dining table for 12 guests. The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, Wall Mounted Flat Screen, and full bath with walk in shower. Two private decks can be accessed from this level. The deck off the dining area features a gas grill, table for 6 and south facing mountain views. The deck off of the living room is equipped with a private hot tub and northeast mountain views.



Located on the upper level is the master bedroom with 32” flat screen tv and en suite bath with double vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two queen beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bath featuring a tub/shower combo and single vanity. Laundry Room is located on the same level as these 3 bedrooms.



On the lower level, you’ll find bedrooms 4 & 5 plus the full shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and bedroom 5 features 1 queen over queen bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed. This room is great for kids, there is also a small lounge area with a flat screen tv.

Wow, we were truly blown away by everything about our stay! This house was so beautiful, so clean, and so well appointed. The kitchen had *everything*, there was a humidifier in every room, the hottub was the perfect temperature, the beds were comfortable… it felt like everything had already been thought of. We loved how the house is landscaped and situated at the end of the street in a way that feels private. The hosts weren’t just responsive… when we had a question they responded almost instantaneously. There is a little road noise from I-70 (which is true of most places in East Vail) but otherwise it felt quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. It was an easy drive into Vail Village but we could have just as easily taken the bus. We made wonderful family memories over the holiday weekend. One of our all-time favorite stays in Vail!

A fantastic ski vacation location

The condo was very comfortable and can accommodate a fairly large group. It's a few minutes walk from the bus stop that takes you right to the slopes so if you don't want to pay high prices for ski-in, ski-out, this is a fantastic place. Updated, very clean and quiet. Communication from the owner/property mgmt was very good and check-in and check-out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, very close to the shuttle in town. Quiet and pretty surroundings with beautiful wildflowers. There were some spices in the pantry, lot of plates, coffee mugs, dishwasher soap, more than enough garbage bags, lots of towels, comfortable beds, etc. If there is one negative i would say the drier. Someone should check it out, it took three cycles to dry the clothes. We went in summer so we could easily put some wet clothes on the deck and with the dry air it wasn't an issue. But in winter it might be! I would highly recommend this property and the company that manages it.

Amazing House!!!

We had a group of 8 staying in this house and there was more than enough room. Had all the amenities of home and the hot tub was fantastic. Only a short drive or shuttle ride to Vail. I highly recommend this house.

This house is great to stay in as we had plenty of room to feel very comfortable there. Loved the hot tub and additional deck area. Family gathering for a wedding

This is a nice property with plenty of room for a large family gathering. The only real problem we encountered was that the refrigerator and freezer didn't work the first night (which we found out a couple hours after unloading all of our food). They provided dry ice overnight, but we needed to go across town to purchase several bags of ice and then unload everything into our coolers again. The unit was repaired mid-day the following day and we once again unloaded all of the food when we returned from an all day family outing. We had to throw out some food. We were told that management would "make this right." I let them know the minimal cost of food we had to throw out plus the cost of ice bags. I was told someone would get back to me the day following our check out. That was 10 days ago and I am still waiting to hear. For that reason (the lack of communication) I would not go back to this property.

Nice ski rental home

The house was well located with easy access to the ski resorts. It was a great home for 2 families with lots of kids. The house was somewhat dated with signs of excessive wear and tear but was clean a served our needs well. The downstairs bedroom was furnished with 2 large bunk beds and a queen bed which was ideal for all our kids. Would recommend without reservations.

First experience

This was our first experience using itrip. The staff was very accomodating. We checked in early and there was confusion on our arrival time so I want to note no one had an opportunity to check the house before we went in. With that said there were many things not working within the home it is definitely in need of some attention. That should not reflect the company but the owners. I didn't get my midweek house keeping that was noticeably missed there wasn't enough space for trash on the property unless we overlooked it. So we had bags of trash piled up. The home seemed to be misrepresented thru the website via photos. There is only one bath tub in this house that should be noted I'd suggest on the company's behalf they should say that out front especially for a hone with the capacity of 12. We have 5 little children and a bath tub is a necessity. The bath tub in the house had a leak so I couldn't keep it filled up to bathe my kids. The pictures allow the home to look much larger than it is. That was a disappointment when we walked in. I think it's always better to just be fully transparent so your client doesn't enter with disappointment. We had significant amount of snow while we were there. A snow removal team came in during the day to help clear the decks but didn't give us any prior notice that they were coming. They entered the property without our knowledge while we weren't there. That made me uncomfortable I'd prefer to know in advance if someone is planning to be in the space we are occupying while we aren't there.

Property is very worn and not at all like presented by the pictures. Many windows dont even have screens. Driveway was blocked by construction workers and other property owners/visitors. Too far from Vail Village...seems to be off the beaten path. Expected to be closer to activities.Very disappointed by value for money paid. Would not recommend property to others.

Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed at this property for 7 days, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is wonderful, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but Vail Village is a quick drive away. There is a great park within walking distance where we could take our 2 year old grandson every day. We had a problem with one commode, but the manager sent a plumber and fixed it (after one reminder). There was a lot of construction material along the side of the house because they are apparently building a deck on the back property. That was not particularly aesthetically pleasing, but temporary, I assume. I would definitely stay in this house again.
