Enjoy stunning views of Elizabeth Harbour in this comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-storey home. With beautiful vistas that will take your breath away, this property embodies island living at its best.

As you arrive, you'll be greeted by mature landscaping that creates your own little oasis. The lower level features 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and porch access, plus a laundry area. On the second floor, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over double) with an attached half bath.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas lead to a screened porch where you can relax and enjoy the harbour views, complete with a BBQ area. This hilltop home combines the peace of nature with modern living conveniences.

Additional features include a covered carport, a partially fenced yard, and storage space. You’re just a short walk to the waterfront and a few minutes' drive to George Town and several beautiful beaches. This is the perfect vacation spot for the whole family!

Upon booking this home, you'll receive a comprehensive guide filled with essential information about both the island and the property.

Lovely stay for Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this property starting with the ease of early check-in! All the cooking utensils and towels you would need for your stay are furnished. The location was convenient to most everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Perfect location on the island with Beautiful Views!!

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks and it was fantastic. The location was great as we were close to the market and tons of beaches. The house had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. You can definitely tell that the owners of the house understand how to be a true host. Have stayed at a lot of places and believe the the people have forgotten how to be a great host. Not the case here!!!! Get your trip booked asap :)

Paradise on a Hill

Loved the host(s) and their willingness to provide spot on recommendations for our family with 2 teenage boys and make reservations for us. Loved the house and how it’s tucked away and functional, complete with snorkeling gear, chairs and towels - it truly lacks nothing; the host thought of everything. Location allows one to travel north and south easily while enjoying the convenience of Georgetown. LOVED, LOVED the view….. we’ve been to Hawaii and the BVIs and this view tops those since it’s on a hill and has so many different things to look at….. plus waking up and being able to enjoy the sunrise from bed was a real treat (although the views from the top deck cannot be beat).Cannot say enough good things about this amazing home.

Beautiful View, Perfect Location

Anchorage has a beautiful high-up view of the harbor and is two minutes from downtown George Town…Exuma Market, gas station, a clinic, several hangouts and shops, Exuma Yacht Club and the fish fry all right there. The home is private, no nearby noise, clean, nicely equipped, plenty of beach chairs and towels. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport and a lovely 20 minute drive to Little Exuma. We were very happy with everything including fans and AC too. Monica the host/owner and her helper Kissy were incredibly responsive before and during our visit. Thanks for your help.

Stunning Island Villa

We had a fantastic stay in Anchorage house. Mrs. Minns, the property manager, had gotten groceries for us, had paid loving attention, and answered our millions of questions. The property was at a strategic location for us. It is 5 minutes drive to Georgetown centre where there are bars, groceries, liquor store, and harbor to water taxis to Stocking Island. The house is beautiful-- its on two floors, all of us stayed in the three bedrooms with ensuite on the ground floor, and our kids enjoyed the bunkbed on the upper level where the living room, dining, porch, and kitchen is. The view is STUNNING. There is mosquito net all over on the porch so we could sit outside without getting bit. The kitchen is very clean and in great working condition, and very well-equipped. We will stay here again

Spacious and welcoming location with stellar views at a great location

Our family just returned from a week at this welcoming and convenient property. The location is excellent -- near Georgetown and also ideal for beach hopping nearby or to the North or South.It's a spacious home and it's brightly decorated mirroring the beach vibe. The views from upstairs in the living area are swoon worthy, and the screened porch offers a way to enjoy the outside and keep away from the bugs (when we were there several screens had blown out during a recent storm, so we stayed inside; however, new screens were on order so it should be in great shape for visitors).There are lots of pluses - the house comes with two beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and nicely sized beach towels. It makes packing so much easier.I would recommend staying at this property. The one thing I noticed was that the downstairs en suite bathrooms could use some sprucing up: painting in some areas, repair of a shower floor crack, regrout is some spots. In the big scheme of things these are minor issues, but I would have liked to have known this going into the trip. Also, our feet got really dirty from walking around, so I cleaned the floor. The host was wonderful and very helpful, accommodating both an early and late check-in/-out. Plus, she put together a brochure with info about shopping, beaches, etc. Really appreciated.You can't go wrong picking this lovely property. It is a great home away from home.

Best Host Ever!

Wow! Host went out of their way to help us! They picked us up from airport and provided return transportation. We rented a car also but with such a large family we could not fit our luggage in the car with all of us. Host went to the grocery store filling the house with essentials. Even bought us a couple beers. House is filled with all the essentials, plus a little more. Snorkel and beach gear, umbrellas towels, body wash was a lavender wash (wish I could of bought some to take home), coffee, sugar, tea. Plenty of books to read, Washer dryer which was helpful with being at the beach. Beach is a short walk from the place. We rented a car and boat to see all the beaches and islands. House has a amazing view with plenty of patio furniture to hang out. No crime in the area felt very safe at all times. All the locals tend to treat everyone like family. Exuma is the best island we have ever visited!
