Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home with private pool located on golf course. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and quartz countertops.

Huge outdoor space with private pool, dining table, lounge chairs, and cozy seating for 12+ people. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $20 a day during the winter months.

Western exposure provides amazing sunsets. Community has 5 public golf courses, walking/bike trails, and tennis courts. There are 4 bikes with helmets provided in garage.

Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.15-20 minute drive to beautiful Boca Grande Island with white sand beaches, unique sandbar, restaurants, and water activities.

Short drive to Manasota Key on Gulf of Mexico for world class fishing, boating, biking, kayaking.

Tampa Bay spring training facility is 15 away.
