With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, Old Town Villa has more than enough room to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

Located only 0.9 miles to SF Giants Spring Training Stadium, 5 miles to AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies Spring Training Stadium, 7 miles to Cubs Spring Training and 6 miles to ASU (Sun Devil Stadium). This home is in the perfect Old Town Scottsdale location with only 0.5 miles to Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Entertainment District, Camelback Mountain and just blocks from great restaurants, night life, grocery stores and golf courses. Old Town Villa is only 1/2 mile from the popular Scottsdale Greenbelt with miles of trails for walking or biking, several lakes and a couple of golf courses add to the scenery. Old Town Villa is located on the free Old Town Scottsdale Trolly route offering stops at Waterfront, 5th Avenue shops, the Arts District, Shopping Centers, Baseball Stadiums and other popular attractions every 30 minutes. Plus, nearby e-scooters, bike rentals and golf carts make getting around fun!

Our home is located in the Casa Granada East planned community with an updated community pool, park and playground. The property comes with one dedicated covered parking space, a private secured patio, gas bbq and two large screen Smart TVs with wifi and limited cable television. We live here part time, so Old Town Villa has all of the amenities of home to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Full disclosure- As a security precaution, we have an outdoor Nest Camera facing the back gate and parking area. The camera does not capture any private or interior spaces.

Very lovely townhome

This was a very nice property. The owner has taken great care of it. Looks newly renovated, close to Old Town, but driving is still necessary. It’s close enough to spring training and other interesting places. We would stay there again!

Amazing place that is walking distance to all the great Scottsdale spots. Tyler was excellent, clear communication and easy instructions for arrival/departure. Place was clean, beds comfy and everything you could possibly need in the house. Highly recommend!

Just right

Great location to explore most of the attractions in Scottsdale. Old Scottsdale close by. Most of the shopping you need , groceries, gas etc. Enjoyed the back courtyard. Nice that this is the end unit in a row of condominiums.

Great Scottsdale Location

This condo is in a great location in Scottsdale. It is an older property, but very clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor, private patio is beautiful! Tyson is an excellent host and of all the VRBO properties we have rented, this kitchen was the best stocked with appliances and utensils. We were able to walk to several restaurants and a local grocery store. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to spend time in the Old Scottsdale area. We really enjoyed the convenience of this location.

Great place near Old Town Scottsdale!

Very nice property and home. Very short walk to bars, restaurants and shopping in Old Town Scottsdale. Great location to drive to spring training games as well. Home is very nice, clean and well organized. I highly recommend renting this property! Owners are nice and very helpful for all that you need to enter and use the rental. Thank you!

Perfect getaway

We had a great family vacation together - the location was convenient, the pool was quiet, the townhouse was clean and a good size! Kitchen was fully stocked as well as laundry room and soaps, paper towels, etc. it made the stay so easy! Host so easy to work with and gave good details. The only thing I couldn’t find were the beach towels.

Loved this property! It was so close to everything we wanted to do. It was 7 min from the cholla trail at Camelback mountain and under 1 mile from Old Town. The house was super cute and had a lot of fun games. It was convenient that it had blow dryers so I didn't have to bring one and a keurig. The host always responded to my messages within a few minutes. Would highly recommend booking this property for a girls trip!

Getaway from the cold We went on several hikes and it’s close to old Scottsdale

The main floor of the property functions well and has great site views. We loved the patio and the kitchen had everything you need. Tyson was available. We had no issues with anything. The upstairs is a bit creeky and dated but the layout of the home is great with bedrooms upstairs and common rooms on the main. We enjoyed our stay.

A Great Vacation

Highly recommend this spot. Very clean, close to everything, plenty of space for 6 people! We were steps from the pool and the playground. There was a large field right outside the unit that was perfect for early morning freeze tag. The outside enclosed patio was just great. We ate out there, played cards, read and played games with the kids. (The games were at the unit, extra plus!). I would not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Feb winter break

We enjoyed our time at the well-equipped, clean condo. The lay out worked well for 3 couples and even the couple who drew the bunk beds enjoyed their time. The condo was located just far enough from the busy sections of town to be relatively quiet at night yet close to grocery shopping and pubs. Merci Cafe next door was wonderful. We enjoyed our time sitting on the back patio in the warmth (65-80F) of Feb afternoons. The location was great for what we had planned to do...renting bikes, cycling, walking to old town, museums and restaurants. We were able to communicate via first email and later text with the owner and he was timely and responsive to our requests and needs. We hope to return next winter.

Better than described!!

We rented this condo for my daughters sweet 16 to be close to the mall. It was to far for them to walk, mostly because they’re teenagers, so they drove anyway but it is really a short walk. The condo was beautiful! Tyson sent us perfect instructions to find the condo, which would have been difficult otherwise as it is towards the back. We arrived to a clean, well stocked condo with comfortable furniture. Kitchen had a good amount of spices and condiments as well! The beds were comfortable and my daughter and her friends throughly enjoyed the giant vanity in the master bedroom. If you’re looking for a great place near old town Scottsdale this is it! Host is amazing, super helpful and quick to respond to any questions you have as well! Definitely recommend this place!!

Scottsdale relaxing home

Very clean and well appointed property. Tyson adds all the little things you might forget. Comfortable bed and living room couch. It was just my husband and I but plenty of room for a family. Close to grocery store, restaurants etc. and of course the pool! We enjoyed it very much.

Comfortable, convenient, stress free

This was the perfect place for us. There were 5 of us. Could have fit one more. We got to spend time with our adult children, conveniently got to food, airport, niece's wedding venue, nearby hotel where extended family was staying. Walked to all but the airport. My son enjoyed the pool. Our flight was delayed and the owner was flexible with our checkout time (better than sitting at the airport for hours).
