Enjoy bayviews from this first-floor unit while just a two minute walk to the beach. Adjacent to the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, this lovely bayside condominium project features four buildings; each building has one or more elevators, access to the outdoor pool, off street parking and boat docking. Boat docks are available for a fee with on-site registration, on a first come first serve basis, after check-in. This non-smoking unit has two bedrooms, two full baths, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening onto a large balcony. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, central air conditioning and heat, basic cable, and wireless internet. Basic cable and wireless internet are available from April through October. During the November to the end of March the unit has limited basic cable and no internet.

Accessible to Beach and Pool

We had a comfortable stay. We had a very nice view of the bay and were able to access the pool and the beach. The only problem we had was not enough hot water for showers and I would suggest an update to their pots and pans and two double beds instead of a double and single in their second bedroom. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

What's The Point?

The condo unit was shabby, dingy and out of date. Although I booked through VRBO, I had to deal with a realty company. The realty company could always point to the condo owner and absolve itself of responsibility. However, I could have no contact with the condo owner. So what's the point in using VRBO when there is in fact no "O"?

Great place to be!

We stayed here for bike week. Location was absolutely perfect! The photos of the property showed a basic walk-out deck which we did not have, but we did have a very nice view of the bay and enjoyed the sunset pretty much every night! Weather was perfect, property was clean. It was end of season, so the kitchen utensils, etc. were lacking as I'm sure throughout the season, some of the things have "gone missing". Will definitely stay here again if we are able to!

The location is great. Parking is wonderful. Pier is awesome. Other than the cleaning people being there well after check in time; it was as expected. (Unfortunately, NOT due to over cleaning due to Covid. Seemed like they were late, and barely dusted living room and floors were 'sorta swept'. No mopping.

Great rental company / mediocre property

The booking, check in and check out process was easy and pleasant. The property wasn’t awful however the carpet had to be from the 80’s and dirty only 4 chairs around a table for 6 and property was overall outdated and poorly outfitted especially when it came to the kitchen. It served its purpose for a short weekend but I would have been very upset if I was staying here for a week in the summer
