The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING - $500 fine (minimum). No unregistered guests/visitors at any time ($250 fee per person/pet, per occurrence). Pricing is per guest/pet.
Late check-outs of more than 15 minutes will be subject to a $100 fine and an additional $100 for each additional hour.
Replacement fees apply for any missing items! Rental Agreement and deposit required and must be submitted within 48 hours or booking will be cancelled
