We had a group of friends and family stay together for a long weekend. The location is ideal for visiting the national parks and an NFL game. There were 16 of us and found there was plenty of room to be together in the main kitchen/living area. The home is a little short of enough dishes to all eat together at the same time.

Very nice stay.

It was a very comfortable property. It is newly remodeled and quite nice. The hosts were great--very responsive and helpful. A few things weren't quite ready when we arrived, but they were quickly taken care of once we informed the hosts. We didn't have vehicles, so our group used a combination of Uber and public transportation. This place is within 5-10 minutes of several bus stops, one of which takes you directly to the National Mall (#36) in about 30-35 minutes. The grocery stores that we found are about a 20-30 minute walk.

Beautiful Home with lots of hang out space!

We had a great stay in this newly remodeled home. Everything was so clean and well-decorated. We stayed with other families and each family had enough room without feeling cramped. Our kids all stayed on the top floor in the bunk beds, which was a hit. There are several rooms designed for hanging out, which was a plus as well. With several families, it was very nice to have a bathroom for each. As I mentioned, we never felt cramped in this very spacious house. The hosts were very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. It's about a 4 minute easy drive to the metro. I'd recommend this house to anyone headed to the D.C. area!
