Gulf and pool right out the door. Sunset perfect! 10 min - Pelican and Biltmore

This gorgeous setting is on the Gulf of Mexico and is a low rise garden style condo complex of only 22 units. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse style unit (and new queen sized fold out mattress (sofa bed)) with its own balcony off the living room and large deck off of the master bedroom. You enter on the second level via stairs. No hi-rise with elevators and hallways - walk right out your door to the grassy area and sand. Pristine white sand and a gorgeous heated pool. Full sized washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook - or lots of great little bistros if you prefer not to! We are minutes from the busier Clearwater Beach action, Tampa International Airport, The Clearwater Aquarium, the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg and just 2 hours from Disney World in Orlando. Walk the beaches and collect beautiful shells, watch dolphins play in the Gulf or take a swim in the waves. Drive to nearby golf courses and other activities or just watch the sunset in the most ideal situation. Paddle fans and air conditioning keep you cool and comfortable - just the breeze from the Gulf is what you'll enjoy while you hear the rushing waves right out your door. There is dedicated parking for 2 cars and additional for guests.

We cannot accept on-line bookings more than 6 months in advance due to repeat guests getting first priority. Please call me if you want to find out about a date in the future. Sometimes it is not an issue at all.

This was a lovely condo in an ideal Florida setting. The beach was not overcrowded. There was a beautiful view off the back deck overlooking the ocean surrounded by palm trees. We enjoyed the style and comfort of the furniture. The bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. We also enjoyed the the wide range of kitchen tools and appliances as well as the extensive towel selection and beach items for us to use.

Peaceful beach getaway

We loved our week at this clean and quiet beachfront property. The views and proximity to the beach and pool are unparalleled, and we very much appreciated the provided beach gear and ample towels/bedding for our family. It was a wonderful fit for our family with children aged 3 to 9.

Loved our stay! Peaceful, private and comfortable. Great location, many great restaurants just a short drive away. Especially liked The Conch Republic Grill. Best Coconut Shrimp I’ve ever had! Debbie was so great to deal with! She made sure we had everything we needed.

My family and I spent a week here at the end of June. The space exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided and easy to find. The beach area was not busy at all and the water was perfect. We had planned on visiting different areas along the coast, but ended up spending most of our time on or around the property. We do plan on visiting again in the future!

Another week in paradise

This was our 2nd visit to this condo and we will be back every year as long as these sweet owners continue to share their condo. We love this area and the lack of crowds. The sunsets are unbelievable. The water is crystal clear. Its just a perfect place! Sure, there have been hiccups, but the owners have always been great with communicating and resolving issues as quickly as possible.

Amazing sunsets from the balcony; beach and pool are just a few steps once you descend the spiral stairs from the balcony. Most everything we needed was supplied. The unit was very clean other than the vents being in desperate need of a good cleaning. Communication was excellent. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing week of R & R

This was one of the most well stocked condos we have stayed in. Our 3rd time to this area and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was great, had everything we needed. It was just my husband and me for most of the week. Our adult son that lives in Tampa came and stayed a couple of nights with us. We saw many wonderful sunsets, took long walks on the beach and loved everything about the unit. Really nice neighbors and quiet, very well kept complex. We would definitely consider coming back to this unit.

Quiet Location and Great Beach Access

This property was the nicest we have stayed at in Florida. The quiet location right on the beach away from crowds and high rises was wonderful. The area is more residential and away from the touristy Clearwater hub. The apartment was clean, well decorated and spacious. The upstairs master suite provided nice separation from the main floor. The grounds with grass and palm trees was beautifully kept. The communication with the owner was great. We inquired about a specific small kitchen appliance and they dropped one off before our arrival. We loved the spiral staircase entrances, but they could pose a problem for someone with mobility issues. A positive experience overall. We would happily return.

Wonderful view and location.

The unit was lovely and immaculate! We arrived late, tired and hungry, so we were elated to open the fridge to see a sandwich ring, a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and chocolates, etc! Nice touch! We really enjoyed having an upper level master sanctuary with a secondary deck. The Gulf front view was spectacular! The outdoor heated pool was also wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked and the owner went out of her way to provide extra toiletries in each bath. The only bump in our stay was some construction on the exterior of the unit which was likely out of the homeowners control, as all of the units were being painted that week due to a rain delay. The owner checked in with us concerning this which we appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic, relaxing stay and will definitely book again!

Great Condo on the Beach!

This condo was in a great location with easy access to the pool and beach. As other reviewers have stated, it is in on a fairly quiet beach, and extremely well stocked. We were able to find a spot on the beach in front of the condo easily every day. It was convenient to leave our chairs set up on the beach and head back to to the condo for lunch, with the ability to keep an eye on our stuff. The condo is the most well stocked I have ever stayed in. There were beach essentials such towels, chairs and umbrellas, as well as plenty of kitchen staples when we stayed. The spiral stairs were a little interesting to navigate with luggage (inside) and chairs, beach bags etc. (outside). We found it easier to send one person downstairs and have the other go down just a few stairs to hand the beach gear down. It's very close to Clearwater in case you get bored, but Belleaire Beach was a nice quiet family beach. If staying in the area again we would not hesitate to book this condo!

Perfect for families. Loved having the upstairs/downstairs room separation. Beach was very uncrowded in this area. Balcony view was excellent with the ease of taking balcony stairs down to pool/beach. Place was stocked well with the essentials. Cable or streaming in each room and living room. Short drive to restaurants. Property manager was easy to reach with some questions we had upon checking in. Highly recommend!

Great property, great view, great location!

We arrived late in the evening and check in was no problem. We awoke to an amazing ocean view right out our windows. The pool is right outside the condo as well, so convenient. The property was clean, furnished well and we had everything we needed for our family vacation from kitchen amenities to umbrellas, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit! BelleAir Beach is a great location, a nice quiet beach but yet you are just minutes away from so many activities! We will definitely be back!

So close to the water!!

We had a great time at this villa! It had everything we needed from beach towels to aloe lotion! We experienced red tide on our last few days which put a damper on things - but not at all the owners fault! Highly recommend!

Our family has lived in the Belleair area for the better part of the last 80 years. We live full time close by and enjoy the condo ourselves when it is not rented.

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect quiet beach and close to our primary residence. We prefer the garden style to a high rise.

What makes this property unique

It is a very short drive to Tampa and Clearwater. The beaches are very private feeling and location just off of the Belleair Beach Bridge makes it an easy walk across the bay to Belleair Bluffs.
