This constantly updated unit is fresh and bright on two levels. 3rd floor master suite with King bed and 4 twin beds in lower level bedroom. New paint, new flooring, new lighting, new linens, new furniture and 2 new bathrooms. Two beautiful decks overlooking the beach - the 3rd floor deck is the largest private deck on Belleair Beach. Stunning sunsets provided daily.

This unit is not a typical investment/rental property. It is a well maintained 2nd home to my family. We only offer a few limited rentals to help cover our annual expenses.
