Both myself and my wife grew up in Colorado. I am a Firefighter in Arizona. My wife works for a major hospital system in the Phoenix area. We stay very busy with our son but do enjoy to travel and vacation as time allows.

Why they chose this property

My wife grew up in the San Luis Valley and her parents purchased the property when she was younger. She has many memories with the property as their family spent nearly every weekend and holiday there. We try to come back at least 2-3 times a year to enjoy the seasons that we miss out on living in Arizona to give our son the same memories.

What makes this property unique

You are only steps from the river on this property. We love to spend time on the deck and listen to the roar of the Rio Grande. Times spent at the cabin are relaxing and rejuvenating. It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
