312 Barrington Court- 3rd Floor Oceanfront!
Enjoy a fabulous vacation in luxurious Barrington Court! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa has an open floor plan with room to socialize throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living space and patio offer phenomenal ocean views! Take advantage of the perfect outdoor spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening!
The Barrington complex has a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach. Barrington Court has everything you will need for your next family vacation.
* Barrington Court Building exterior maintenance and recoating project is tentatively scheduled to begin in November 15, 2025 and extend through March 15, 2026. This will include cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. From November 24 through December 31, crews will be working primarily in all hallways, stairwells, exits, and garage walls. Please use caution while moving through these areas. Work on balconies will not begin until after January 10, 2026. Further updates will be provided as we approach that date.

**POOL LEAK REPAIR 11/3- 1/31/26. WORK WILL INCLUDE CUTTING INTO THE POOL DECK AND RECOATING AS NEEDED. POOL AREA, GRILL, AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME. DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
***Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.
