Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV. A second suite offers a queen bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms - one Harry Potter-inspired and one Toy Story-themed - each include two twin beds, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility for the full group.
 
Outdoor living
Step outside and the screened area becomes the heart of the home. The private inground pool and spa are available all year, open 24 hours - heating is available for both at an additional fee. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture give everyone room to spread out, and the dedicated outdoor dining area is set up for full-group meals al fresco. The private gas BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is ready when you'd rather cook outside, and the private backyard gives younger guests space to roam. An outdoor playground rounds out the space for the little ones.

The game room delivers - pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life size games, a game console, and a 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming services including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. When younger guests need their own space, the dedicated children's playroom stocks books and toys for ages 0-2, 2-5, 5-10, and 10+. Family essentials are all covered: a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and board games are all on hand, with babysitter recommendations available for when you want a night to yourselves.

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real home cooking, with a stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, hot water kettle, Keurig and drip coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, and all the cooking basics you need. Breakfast is provided to start each morning right. The dining table comfortably seats the full group, and the private gas BBQ grill outside is always an option when the weather calls for it.
