Come and stay at our home 'down the shore. Where the beach meets the bay, all the way at the tip of the Long Beach Island, our hidden gem awaits for you and your family. Enjoy bike rides around the calm neighborhood, a short stroll to the beach or a good book by our heated salt water pool- we guarantee everyone in the family will find their perfect getaway at our home at Holgate.
Our home welcomes you with its five bedrooms and three and half baths, a large chefs kitchen, conveniently located by our elevator, opening up to a large dining area and living room featuring its stunning front balcony. We can't forget to mention our den with its own wet bar and our roof top furnished with an additional dining area.
We love our outdoor space and hope you will too; our backyard features: a heated salt water pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, outdoor bar and a firepit nestled between our favorite Adirondack chairs and under our string lights.

Spending summers on Long Beach Island growing up were some of my warmest memories. Sharing that experience with the families that rent with me is truly my passion. I enjoy hearing that their stay was a little more special because of the work I put into being an exceptional host.
Why they chose this property
Holgate is the hidden gem of Long Beach Island in my opinion! You get a little bit more nature and a little less hoopla of a beach town in season. You still get the beautiful beach, the gorgeous sunsets by the bay but you also get the nature reserve. The area is also great if you're into biking, fishing, or surfing !
What makes this property unique
While the home may look similar to others on the block, our home has character! We take pride in offering our renters what we would want and need in our own homes. So we aim to build memories with our amenities that go beyond the basics: games throughout the home, a well equipped kitchen for wonderfully crafted meals and a backyard you can spend the whole day enjoying. There are so many nooks and crannies that give our home life and provide the perfect backdrop for memories to last a lifetime.
