Plenty of secure parking next to your unit. Secure gated community.
Large Wildlife park with keyed access on property.
But the Private beach is the real gem. With a heated pool so you can relax, and watch the ocean Bay of Boca Ceiga Bay !!!
Two pools , Hot tub on the water, Tennis courts, Handball court- many amenities. 3 Minute drive to Tropicana Field!
5 minute drive to Downtown St. Petersburg. Many Amenities, Dali Museum, 12 min ride to boat rentals , Dolphin tours, etc.
