The property was an excellent value for money close to downtown and 275. Only two minor complaints. No control over the HVAC and the matress is not very comfortable. But will stay again when back in St Petersburg.

The place was nice on the inside and the host was always there to answer my questions. However the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. For this reason I will not use this place again.

The room was as advertised. I had to contact the host with a question about the key lock and the temperature in the room, but she called me back right away. At first, I was curious about the neighborhood, but ultimately found it to be fine. I was on my own-- entering late at night-- so safety is important to me. I was pleased with the accommodations and would recommend it for up to 2 persons or perhaps a family of 3 that is okay staying in a very small room.
