About this property
Creekfront Home on Yellow Breeches - Kayaks, Firepit, Wildlife & 3BR/3BA
This is the trip your family will talk about for years.
A private creekfront home on the Yellow Breeches Creek in Boiling Springs, PA — where the kids are outside all day, the adults actually relax, and nobody's checking their phone. Kayak from your backyard, fish off the bank, gather around the firepit at night, and wake up to bald eagles and herons outside your window. Sleeps up to 9. Three full bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and enough outdoor space to keep everyone busy for days.
The Home
The main floor is built for groups — an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that keeps everyone together without feeling cramped. The oversized sectional and 86" Smart TV make for great movie nights, and the three-seasons porch is where you'll end up every morning with your coffee, watching the creek roll by.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
-Primary suite (downstairs) — king bed, private en-suite shower bathroom
-Primary suite (upstairs) — California king bed, private en-suite shower and tub bathroom
-Third bedroom — queen bed + full bed, TV/DVD player
-Foldable queen mattress available
-Note: the two upstairs loft suites each have their own staircase entrance and don't connect — great for privacy between adult couples or families sharing the home
Kitchen:
Fully equipped for feeding a group without stress. Espresso machine, air fryer, crockpot, blender, food processor, high-quality cookware, and more. Coffee provided. Plenty of counter space and seating for everyone to gather while meals come together.

About the host
Hosted by Stacey Kalmanovitz
Hi I'm Stacey and I grew up in Boiling Springs (in this house). I had an idyllic childhood spending HOURS playing outside here.
I love hosting because it gives me a chance to share the magic of Boiling Springs, the Yellow Breeches Creek, and this home with the world. Growing up in this house, I made many happy memories playing outside and running free and it brings me joy to open my special home to other families!
My husband and I live in California, but like to spend time here when we can. Most weekends you will find us at the beach, listening to live music, or cooking. We have 3 dogs (Deacon, Watson & Otto), we are dog-people and we love hosting well-behaved fur babies.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is surrounded by nature and it forces you to slow down a bit. You can sit with your coffee watching blue herons and egrits in our yard, watch the trout jump in the creek, listen to the birds and at night, the owls. Occasionally, you will see snapping turtles, deer, and even a bald eagle. Each year around Thanksgiving, I see a group of wild turkeys on the property. This is the ultimate place to get away and enjoy some calm.
What makes this property unique
My parents converted the house from a one-bedroom fishing cabin to an A-frame 3 bedroom with two loft-style bedrooms on either side. It's truly unique for families to get together in the large living room and porch but still have separate privacy of their own bedroom spaces. We want others to feel at home here which is why the kitchen is stocked with amenities for cooking, we have many board games (for rainy days), and 4 kayaks to take on the creek. This is a place to come together and make cherished memories.
