Large Beautiful Home On False River w/ Pickleball Court and Heated Cocktail Pool

**Construction is complete on the heated spa and gas fire pit! New pickle ball court and putting green are also completed with landscape 🙌🏼
This home sits on a beautiful lot on False River in Oscar, LA. The house is located on what is known as "Million Dollar Row", which hosts some of the most beautiful houses on the river. Sitting in a prime location gives guests easy access to all the amenities and attractions the area has to offer. The house is two stories and has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom features floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views of the river. The master bathroom has a large stained glass window which provides a great atmosphere for soaking in the Jacuzzi Tub. There is also a walk-in shower and dressing room in this bathroom. The three additional bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Each bedroom offers a full bathroom to ensure privacy for your guests. There is a spacious laundry and living room on the first floor as well.

On the second floor, guests can find a great living room which is perfect for entertaining, and there is a brick fireplace to keep warm on cool nights. The dining room has an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors which run throughout the kitchen and living room. Floor to ceiling windows allow for spectacular views of the property and lake. The kitchen features a brick with mosaic tiling that houses the oven unit, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. A large wooden island sits in the center of this unique kitchen.

Outside guests will find a large pier including several covered areas for entertaining. The pier is equipped with 2 boat lifts and plenty of storage.

This home is great for large groups. Our group of 13 high school girlfriends have been here twice now. Pool, mini golf and pickleball/basketball court provides entertainment. Beautiful view of the river from the porch and pier.

Our family of 15 (3 generations) had a fabulous long weekend in your home. The living spaces were large and well furnished. The pickleball and basketball courts were very nice and the pool area was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the large pier and covered areas on the water and were able to easily store our party barge and fishing boat. The large capacity washer/dryer were so helpful to insure access to clean bath and kitchen towels.We were disappointed that the fire pit could not be used and it was a bit inconvenient to have to request any changes to the pool operation via a group chat. Perhaps this is necessary to avoid careless activities by guests, but a compromise might be to allow certain changes, within designed limits, by guests.

I wish we could have stayed longer! This place was stunning! The property manager was very accomodating. We had the best time with fishing off of the dock to swimming to sliding down the slide into the river to pickle ball to putt putt to basketball! This property is perfect for all!!!

We had a group of 10 of us in Baton Rouge for a bowling tournament! This place was just perfect for relaxing before and after our games. The weather was perfect for the pool, golf and pickle ball. A top-notch weekend

We spent the weekend at the house are prepared for the LSU game. The house was amazing, and the hosts fantastic. If you need a place to take in the Louisiana sun look no further than this gem.

Ideal for a girls weekend

My group of high school girlfriends had a ball here. There was plenty of room to spread out and large areas to congregate. Enjoyed playing pickleball at night with outdoor lighting, putt putt golf and soaking in the infinity pool. Great pier with swings to sit out and soak up the river view. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and relaxing retreat!

We rented this property for a family getaway for Christmas. The views were spectacular and the amenities were wonderful. We relaxed in the heated pool while enjoying the scenery and fished with our boys during our stay. The home is close to various food places and Walmart is right up the road if you need anything. Interactions with the owners were great. Jeanne was helpful anytime we had a question. We hope to stay here again soon! You won’t be disappointed in this rental!

Perfect Place

This vacation home has it all. Spacious, custom built and extremely functional with plenty of sleep space (real beds) for everyone. We had a great time hanging out in the great room and cooking in a real South Louisiana chef's kitchen that has everything you could need, all with great views of False River. Also spent some great evenings on the spacious boat dock with plenty of seating. Perfect trip - perfect place. Thanks!

The house and location were very nice !

Wish we had known the boat launch on was the other side of the lake and also that the boat slips were both occupied, securing our boats in the wind was difficult. Other than that our stay was very nice !!! Thank you !!!

Large, well appointed home on the river.

Quite pleased with out recent winter stay. The house was large enough to accommodate our family (all adults) with a large great room where everyone tended to gather. Phenomenal views of False River from the upper story. Kitchen stove was the envy of all and the high counter tops made meal prep a breeze. Owner provided recommendations for local businesses (restaurants, drinks, etc.) which we found helpful on the rare occasion we left the property. Highly recommend this property and it’s friendly owners.

More than expected

This property is so much more than what you see in the pictures. It is a 5 star very unique property. The kitchen is stocked with the very best kitchen cooking utensils. The master bedroom is gorgeous. All the beds for 15 people are very comfortable. Jeanne is just the best property manager with great communication. I will definitely be back. Sarah
