It is 2 units, with a door separating A and B side, 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 separate laundry units. Sleep 8 comfortably with the pull out sofa sleepers each unit has. Large living and dining room area in Unit A for entertaining family or guests.
