Newly remodeled chic private studio is within walking distance to beach. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal! Located on a barrier island North of the Fort Lauderdale border, this unit is a short two block walk to the sand. If you're looking for activities, we have plenty! There is a large nearby park, as well as intracoastal water access. Whether it's SCUBA, kitesurfing, jet ski's or drinking margaritas you'll find plenty of ways to escape, and enjoy a nice day in the Florida sun.

I am a semi-retired mother of two who's loving this new "sharing economy". (What did we do before the Internet!)
