Newly remodeled chic private studio is within walking distance to beach. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal! Located on a barrier island North of the Fort Lauderdale border, this unit is a short two block walk to the sand. If you're looking for activities, we have plenty! There is a large nearby park, as well as intracoastal water access. Whether it's SCUBA, kitesurfing, sailing or drinking margaritas - you'll find plenty of ways to escape, and enjoy a nice day in the Florida sun.

I speak Spanish fluently, and can usually get through a conversation in Portuguese and French if you're patient with me. I train and have done a few triathlons, and enjoy gardening, and reading during my down time. I've lived in South Florida nearly all of my life, and if I can't give you an answer on my hometown, a quick call to my son will usually get me the answer you need.
