Coastal elegance describes this 2nd floor beach condo! Awesome location! Steps to beach and boardwalk! This property is suited for those who enjoy finer details and luxury accommodations. You will find only the highest quality mattresses, bedding and furnishings. Spa like tile in all shower/bath areas. There is a private interior cabana shower/dressing area on the first floor to cleanse after a long day at the beach before accessing our second floor condo. An exterior hose/foot shower also provided.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thank you for renting with me. Please launder all sheets and make beds. Empty dryer lint trap, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator and dispose of all food.
Make sure all 6 beach tags are returned. Take out trash and place containers outside for collection. Light vacuum and wipe counters. Turn off lights. Thank you again and safe travels home.
