Welcome to your new home away from home. Just home was just listed on VRBO in March 2020!
This 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2nd floor home is located just 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. We are located just steps away from the downtown restaurants, mini golf and the iconic Asbury Ave shopping strip. You are within walking distance to anything and everything you need in the town that was voted America's greatest family resort, Ocean City NJ!!
The city has a string of beaches and a boardwalk with shops, eateries and amusement parks. Gillian’s Wonderland Pier offers classic rides like the Giant Wheel. Playland’s Castaway Cove features several roller coasters and themed mini-golf. To the south, Corson’s Inlet State Park, with trails and a boat launch, attracts shorebirds to its dunes and wetlands. Ocean City has something to offer everyone and we are located right in the heart of it!

Sheets and towels are the responsibility of the guests. You can bring them or rent them .

Great Place near Ocean

This place was perfect for our needs: within easy walking distance of ocean; lovely, large great room; bedrooms good sized; clean spaces; easy check in & out.

We had such a great time here! House was beautiful/ modern/ clean. Location was great - about 3 blocks to the beach/ boardwalk. Check in/ out was easy. Loved the big porch with couches. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Balconies in the front and back were an amazing bonus, great location near the boardwalk, and the beach tags were a lifesaver! Clean, comfortable, seamless check in and check out (without the millions of chores other rentals will make you do).Only thing I will note is that this property is up two flights of stairs with no elevator, so people with mobility issues may have difficulty accessing it.Thank you for a great stay!

Beach trip

The beach house was very clean and exactly like the pictures posted. Our family had a wonderful time for a few days at the beach. The only problem we had during our stay was the AC was not working properly. The property manager did come out and had an HVAC person try to fix it. It only stayed cool overnight the first night. When we stayed in the house we were also experiencing a heatwave so I don’t think thr AC unit could keep up with how hot it was outside. Regardless, we had a great time and made some wonderful memories! The property manager was quick to respond. Would stay here again!

Great trip!!!

Beautiful house and our entire family had a great time. Lots of room, which was good since it rained 2 days and we had 3 children under age 2 to entertain. Convenient parking for 2 cars and an easy walk to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a great location

Beautiful 2nd floor home, very spacious. Loved that two rooms had their own bathrooms. The porch was awesome, loved that half was covered. Great spot for walking to the boardwalk or asbury shops/restaurants. Was located right near Ocean city coffee company on Asbury, which was a perfect way to start my morning. Would stay again!

Great Stay

Everything was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have their space in individual rooms. Host was incredibly attentive to any questions and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place again, and would look at staying again for future trips!

Great place for family vacation

We had a very nice time at this OCNJ property! We found it very spacious with plenty of room for my husband, two kids and in-laws. Three bathrooms makes showering after the beach a breeze ! Beds were comfortable and it was a short 5 minute walk to boardwalk:) The kitchen was well stocked except for wine glasses (there was only 1). We had a lovely time and would stay again:)

Really solid spot for an OC weekend

This condo has everything you need to enjoy the heart of OCNJ. Four spacious bedrooms and several bathrooms, high-ceiling living room. Kitchen has an island and a large table, and a balcony with plenty of seating. It's a five minute walk to the beach. Literally the only downsides are linens not being provided.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The house was gorgeous and perfect for three different families to stay. We had 6 adults so having multiple bathrooms was helpful and the kids loved the open space and bunk beds for themselves. The living room is open and perfect for spending time as a family. The walk to the beach is not too far and the location is perfect for pizza, ice cream, AND coffee - what more could you want?? Missy was great to work with and we would definitely come back again.

Beautiful house, great stay!

The property was very nice and looked just like the listing pictures. The well stocked kitchen made our stay much more comfortable. There was plently of space and storage, garage was conveniently stocked with beach chairs and gear, and the street/neighborhood was nice and quiet. The space is in second floor which made carrying all our belongings up a few flights a little tricky, but the two balconies are worth it. I would definitely recommend this house to other larger groups!

Fantastic Trip, great house and location

My sister and I along with our 7 kids between us were able to spend a few great days in OC making memories. Not many rentals allow for just a few nights so I was thrilled to be able to book this house. With so many kids, teens & tweens, the house was perfect with its big table, bar stools and patio. The location was great with the beach and boardwalk just a short walk along with shopping and restaurants just one block! The patio was a quiet spot in the evenings and we liked being able to relax. The beach tags and chairs for the beach were an added bonus. Contact with host was seamless, no issues. I would absolutely book again.

Great for family and friends

Stayed 4 nights early summer with 2 young kids and friends with their daughter. Location great for walking to beach and boardwalk, including little pier for rides. Bedrooms nicely spaced away from social area, kids never woke up from noise in kitchen / living room. Kitchen and living room area with high ceiling made it feel really big. Nice outdoor area. Remember to bring your own linens and towels, and kitchen foil, plastic wrap, etc

Great Stay!

This was our first family vacation and this was the perfect spot for 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 4! This condo was much bigger than we expected. Plenty of space to sleep and for the kids to play when we came back from the beach. The patio was a specious spot for the adults once the kids went to bed. A short 5/10 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach or around the block from the cutest downtown with shops and restaurants. The only thing that would make this place better would be if linens and towels were provided but we brought our own which was perfectly fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house Checked all the boxes.

Me and my family as well as my Best friend and his family come to ocean city every year for the last 7 years and always have a great time. This year was no different , we needed an extra bedroom from prior years since the kids getting older and got this house. This house had the 3 bedrooms we needed also 3 bathrooms came in very handy. The outdoor balcony was great for unwinding after long days on the board walk. The 2 parking spots definitely was awesome as well. The host was quick to respond to our questions and accommodated our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here.
