The Space:

Discover the charm of this open-concept loft on the Strand! Relax in the spacious living room with a large flatscreen TV and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats four. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for any culinary adventure. Sleep soundly in one of the two cozy bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the other boasting a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo.

ACCESSIBILITY & CONVENIENCE:

This unit is situated on the second level and requires stairs to access. This building was built in the 1800's it is not modernized and guests need to be aware of this when it comes to the walls, systems and uniqueness. The facilities are maintained and can only be kept to the historic standards, but they are not new.



LINENS AND LAUNDRY:

• We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens. There are 3 hand towels per bathroom.



• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.



• A paid coin laundry facility is available to keep everything fresh during your stay located in the building.



EXTRAS PROVIDED:

Just a few extras to make your stay better!



• Enjoy our welcome baskets with a few snacks, waters, and coffee/tea setup.



• We also provide the necessities to get you started: 2 standard and 2 oversized trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwasher pods (if a dishwasher is provided in your unit check your amenities prior to arrival) and a Dawn dish soap dispenser.



• Each wash station is equipped with a full-size antibacterial hand soap dispenser for your convenience. Additionally, indulge in the luxurious hotel-quality amenities, including full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



• Homes with a washer/dryer or coin operated facility include a few laundry pods and dryer sheets, ensuring every aspect of your stay is covered.



PARKING:

Please note that Vacay Time does NOT provide parking for this property. Guests are responsible for securing and covering the cost of any parking during their stay.



There are no designated parking spots for this rental. However, nearby parking options include the parking garage at 2100 Market Street and first-come, first-served street parking along Strand Street, which requires payment during certain hours.

Great location and great property! We did have a really hard time with the keys and the gate every time we used them; in fact, I never could make it work, but my husband was able to finagle it each time after several long minutes. Other than that, the house was amazing and the balcony was pretty cool! We will definitely stay again!

Great location and great space

My wife and I enjoyed staying in the loft. The space was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the balcony space, watching the ships come in and the people walking on the strand. The loft’s location is excellent and is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a great few days and would stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I think they could improve is the internet. I know it is not their fault because they tried to make it better but the internet was super slow. We had a great time at the loft and look forward to staying again in the future.
