The home is nested on 1.5 acres of oasis, landscaped with local fruit trees and flowers, with a key-less keypad allowing for 24/7 entry. Four bedrooms each having its own full bathroom and Roku TV in each bedroom, kitchen and living room, allowing you to access any streaming service for which you have an account. You will also have access to local channels. Enjoy the sunset and ocean view from the top deck where one of the bedrooms are located. There are four other decks and porches to enjoy, allowing for ample space and privacy. The home is fully air condition. Owner resides on property as manager and concierge. There is a .50-acre lot between rental property and owners' property.

I choose this lot because it was close to almost everything; beaches, the pharmacy, supermarkets, museums, town, local transportation, banks, airport, gas stations and still offers serenity. I designed and constructed this home in 1995 and has continued its enhancement.

What makes this property unique

This property is a mini botanical garden and oasis with Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge within walking distance. Other attractions are: Museums, beaches, water sports, dive shops, groceries, rum distilleries, beers brewer, rain forest, churches and more. All is within 5 to 10 minutes drive.
