Dunedin’s secret spot to stay

Kimberlee was very easy to work with. The location is amazing and so easy and accessible to town. From the restaurants to the shops - it is everything you could want and more! Great location.

Beds were comfortable, photos need to be updated not what the room set up is currently. a few extras should be provided, we left wine glasses and a corkscrew.

Not bad for an efficiency

This is just an efficiency so if that is what you are looking for then it is ok. There is no oven or cooktop, which is listed as an amenity. The walls are pretty thin between the unit and the main home and the sound travels. Parking is pretty limited. No shampoo or shower soap. You get what you pay for with this one, inexpensive during the peak season but not much in the way of"extras".
