122A New Castle St. Upstairs - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Luxury and location! Be among the first to vacation with us at our completely renovated upstairs back apartment in South Rehoboth on New Castle St. Just completed May 2024 - this unit provides you the luxury stay while being walking and biking distance to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Our rental features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and ample storage. You'll also enjoy the beach breeze on large deck just off the living room.
Downstairs is completely renovated as well, and is available to book, which would provide you with 4 total bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
There is a separate laundry room on the first floor with a private entrance the both upstairs and downstairs will have access to.

There is no off-street parking available, but there will be 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit available to you during your stay.
No pets are permitted.

Bedding - 1 Queen and 2 Singles.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $125.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Perfect getaway

We stayed for a long weekend. The apartment was close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to Funland and the restaurants on Rehobeth Ave and Wilmington Ave. Perfect location. The apartment itself was spotless and had new furniture, appliances, tv, etc. Would highly recommend.

Just perfect!

The rental property was a perfect stay for my mother and me during Mother’s Day weekend. It was just right - clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities one would need. The location couldn’t have been better - just the right distance from the beach and a short walk to all the local shops and restaurants. Just right!

I took my first trip to Rehoboth this past weekend and I am so glad we were able to find this property and work with Joseph the property manager. It's perfectly located between beach and boardwalk. The host was always willing to accommodate our requests and answer our questions. It's newly renovated and I was impressed by all the amenities it already provided. Right down to a steamer for your summer linen clothes! I think the space is best for a couple or maybe 3rd person. Maybe not so kid friendly, a 4th adult was pushing it but we made it work. Property provides parking pass for street parking and it was pretty seamless to find a spot right across the street from the home. It sits right behind another home so you have to be mindful of the neighbor (who was very polite and kind, and helped us find the trash bins). I could go on and on but I hope this property gets the use it deserves because we enjoyed it very much! -Sandra
