An enclosed outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off after the beach without tracking sand through the house.

Here you’ll find a spacious living room with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV, along with an adjacent media room featuring surround sound and a pull-out sleeper sofa. The open-concept dining area flows into a chef-style kitchen designed for real entertaining. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, an island with built-in refrigerator and freezer drawers, extensive glassware, serving pieces, and premium cookware, the kitchen is well suited for everything from casual breakfasts to large, elevated group meals.
