Absolute Gem!!

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the pool—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Wonderful stay at a Cape Coral retreat

This place has everything you need for your family and friends. A nice warm welcome, a heated pool that is timed to come on every day. A boat lift for a boat if needed, kayaks to use on a canal with great fishing. A slice of paradise nestled in a great neighborhood. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

We had a great time at Brhett's lovely home. Brhett was very attentive throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out we experienced zero issues. We loved the outdoor living. Having a large TV on the lanai was perfect. It was a nice surprise that Brhett had an acoustic guitar available. I had decided not to schlep mine around. The best compliment I find I can give when doing these reviews is that we will gladly return. We visit the area often.

Wonderful stay!!

Our residence in Fort Myers was flooded and we needed to leave ASAP. I was able to book this place immediately. It was absolutely wonderful. It’s a truly beautiful home and the pool and location on the water added to that. The only small complaint would be the cookware. We needed to go purchase casserole dishes and a large skillet. We also hosed off the back patio, it was pretty dirty. I would stay there again and again and would recommend the place 100%

Disappointed on water access.

I am waiting for a refund. I asked the owner before booking to ensure we would be able to bring our boat and access the area with our boat. Upon arrival it was discovered that the access was not available due to the locks being closed for several months which was not disclosed. Though the home was very nice the whole reason for booking was to be able to access the water and use the boat straight from the house. This was not as promised. After long conversations into the night the owner agreed to refund two nights which I am still waiting for.
