Our stay at this Vrbo property was disappointing overall, mainly due to poor communication and unresolved maintenance issues. The host was largely unresponsive, and when we did receive replies, no meaningful action was taken to address our concerns.Several problems impacted our stay. The microwave was not working, which made basic meal prep inconvenient. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were chirping throughout our visit, and there was even a missing detector in the hallway, which raised safety concerns. In addition, the cleanliness of the home was not up to standard-there was a dirty hand towel left hanging on the shower curtain, and the tub stopper was broken.Unfortunately, none of the issues were fixed during our stay, despite being reported. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through made the experience frustrating. Overall, the property did not meet expectations in the terms of cleanliness, maintenance, or host support, and it was especially inconvenient for a family traveling with a young child.Other items not reported were the oven was not clean, dishes were dirty in the cupboards, there was dust on the hood vent, and the HVAC closet was very dirty. Overall would not stay with this host in the future.
