Nice place. Thank you.A few comments:1) the hot water is really hot (135). Might consider turning down to 120 or 125.2) the door knob on the exterior door in the kitchen falls off then you touch it.3) coffee machine is nice, but no coffee pods4) floors were a bit dirty5) ADA hand holds might be a good add to the shower.

Hi Nels! We would have loved for you to reach out during your stay so we could resolve any concerns instead of hearing about them only in the review. To clarify, the coffee pods are usually kept in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave, and we would have been happy to guide you if you had asked. Regarding the water temperature, this is the first time we’ve received feedback that it was too hot, but we would have gladly sent someone to adjust it for you. We’ll also check the kitchen doorknob, and the concern about the floor has already been addressed with our cleaning team. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again with even better communication in the future.
