Awesome Brand New Studio. Downtown Doral. Spectacular golf course and city views. Shopping, Restaurants, and Cafes are walking distance. 15 minutes from the Airport. Less than a mile from City Place Doral, a wonderful spot for Dining, Shopping, Ice Cream, Bowling, Coffee, Movie Theater, etc.
Building has pool (temporarily closed due to renovation construction ), Gym (by appointment due to COVID).
1 private parking space.
The space
Beautiful brand new and cozy studio. Fully equipped kitchen , Queen size bed, 1 sofa bed, 50 inch Smart TV with cable services. Awesome view, 24/7 security on site, High Speed Internet via WiFi or Ethernet. Washer and Dryer in the unit.
A place to relax and a beautiful neighborhood to have a wonderful time.

Great place in a fantastic location

I stayed at this property for 3 months. The host was very responsive and had good communication throughout my stay. The unit and location is a 10/10 and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the front desk staff was great as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

To all our future guests. Fortunately Patricia enjoyed a sparkling clean apartment, in an awesome location, Fully equipped, at an awesome price. That was our promise and that was what we delivered. Unfortunately we were rated very poor (3 stars) because of a situation out of our control Very sad and very unfair. We delivered the towels just when the condo association changed the rules about leaving supplies at the door for guests and removed our delivery. We thought Patricia got their towels in the first place.
