Perfection

This house had all we needed for a perfect weekend with family and friends. Great location too! The host is the best I’ve ever dealt with (and we’re at a different place nearly every weekend). Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful lakeside retreat

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful and well appointed home. We stayed with our three adult kids, their spouses and our two high school age kids. Everyone had their own space in this large home. We had so much fun on the dock, jumping off the diving board and enjoying the view. They also had so many toys from paddle boards to kayaks, ping pong, poker table and so much more! We also rented a boat for two days, which was fun, but I honestly enjoyed the non motorized water fun at the dock more. The host was very responsive to questions and assured we were comfortable. We will stay here or one of their other properties again.

Lakefront Memories

This well-equipped house helped us create unforgettable memories for Thanksgiving week, offering everything needed for an enjoyable, relaxing, and safe experience on Lake Norman. The attentive owners ensured our questions were answered promptly and every need fulfilled. A world of activities awaited us in addition to the lake, including a hot tub, a game room, and a boathouse. We dove into board games, video games, and ping pong, cheered over foosball, and enjoyed flat-screen TVs in every room (two in the game room to watch all the post-Thanksgiving football games). With kayaks, paddleboards, a cozy fire pit, a dock with a gazebo, and ample seating, we embraced every moment surrounded by nature, fun, and laughter. Our only challenge was preparing our Thanksgiving dinner, which we realized wasn’t a typical task for this kitchen. We couldn’t have managed it without the two full-sized refrigerators and the wine fridge, and the two microwaves were also busy during the process. We successfully roasted a 20-pound turkey in the oven and baked the ham on the grill on the deck, resulting in a wonderful meal. Each day concluded with a golden hour that showcased magnificent sunsets. Our family was left with countless memories from our time in this incredible home.
