Luxury Modern Beachside House with Heated Pool & Elevator in Fort Myers Beach

luxurious Oceanside single-family pool home that will satisfy the most exquisite taste. You will not only enjoy the fine quality and style of the home, you will enjoy the Gulf waters and the soft white sandy beaches of the Gulf just footsteps from your door. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

No need to cross busy streets to get to the beach! You will only be steps off your own patio to enjoy the beautiful Gulf sunsets, collect the abundance of seashells, watch boats sail by and see dolphins playing in the calm waters. The home shares a heated pool with the other three homes in Key West Court. There is an elevator that goes to each floor from the ground floor.

We have Paddle boards, kayak, bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. You can enjoy all the beach activities right behind our back yard and no need to leave the house.

The 3 spacious en-suites-bedrooms offer attached full bathrooms, plus a half bath next to the kitchen. The Main Suite has a walk in closet and built-in mini bar equipped with a wine cooler and its own Keurig Coffee maker. It also has a dedicated workspace for those that work remotely. Pack light, as there is a full size washer and dryer in the home. Linens are included. We provide all bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and some beach towels. The kitchen is gorgeous and has plenty of storage. There are two separate balconies to enjoy morning coffee or sunset dining.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time. A code will be messaged or emailed to you a few days before arrival.

The property’s location is exceptional. There’s also a Publix within walking distance. With all of the amenities provided, we were able to maximize our time at the beach. The owner’s communication was exceptional-timely and helpful.

The host was outstanding. He communicated well and responded right away. He really seemed to care that we have a great vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious. Wonderfully Made

This home was beyond what we expected. It offered everything needed and beyond to make us comfortable. We had a family of 10, with the youngest being 2 months old. There is something there for everyone. The home was extremely clean and the layout was perfect. It was conveniently located on the beach and so happy Publix was near nearby (we walked over multiple times) The weather was rainy, therefore the house was a perfect spacious place for us to hangout. Parking was great, we were able to park 3 full size vehicles in the space. Our favorite part of the house was the kitchen! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we are making plans to return.

Perfect family vacation

We went on a family vacation with 7 adults and a 2 year old. The bedrooms and house were laid out perfectly for our group and the house was beautiful. Full bathrooms in every bedroom was very nice. The elevator was very helpful for an adult who has difficulty with stairs. We loved being right next to the beach. It was so nice that there were a bunch of beach toys for our daughter, chairs and towels for everyone, a paddle board, kayaks, and life jackets for the big kids since we flew in and couldn’t bring any of these things with us. We had fun using the bikes to ride to different places. The host was very welcoming and easy to contact. There wasn’t much we needed but he was very helpful when we did need something. The house isn’t located super close to anything so we had to drive and plan around traffic at times. I would attribute some of this to hurricane recovery as many businesses were still rebuilding and there was road construction in some busy places. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this house and host to family and friends!

Fort Myers Beach has seven miles of white sand beaches along the gulf. The beaches here are known for their soft sand, warm sunshine, gentle waves, and spectacular sunsets.

What makes this property unique

My property is one house away from the beach. It is newly remodeled with an elevator to accommodate anyone who can not climb the stairs. We provide well equipped kitchen along with all the spices you need to cook. We have paddle boards, kayak, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, board games, and fishing rods so that you don't need to leave the house to enjoy the beach life.
